A grey and wet day but we had a good chat and laughter. The rain may reduce our attendees but not our spirit. Thanks for a great afternoon and Tracey Beacroft thanks for braving the rain and traffic driving up north.
A small group but good chat at our Support Lunch today. Thanks Anne, Liz Hulya and Donna for sharing your Sunday afternoon.
RYC Sydney Support Group's lunch at Dragonfly Cafe, Eden Garden. Thanks for making the time to support and share information and experience. I had a good time and hope you do too. — with Maria Capone, Annmaree Mitchell, sue Wright, Tracey Beacroft and Veronica Chew at Eden Gardens, Dragonfly Cafe', Macquarie Park.
The Sydney Support Lunch was a lovely time of sharing experiences and support over good food. It was great to welcome new people as well as familiar faces. Thanks to Jill Rowbotham, BCNA NSW Manager for joining us and updating us on the organization.
The Sydney Support lunch today was a buzz of conversation as new friendships were made, stories shared, and information given and received. Many thanks to Jan Livingstone, Cosmetic Tattooist, for sharing her knowledge and experience with nipple/areola tattooing. It was also lovely to have BCNA's NSW State Manager, Jill Rowbotham attend as well as a breast care nurse.
What a lovely lunch we had today at Eden Gardens. Thank you to the beautiful company, sharing stories and offering support. From L-R: Mimi, Rosemary, Louise, Annmaree, Alison, Rose, Liz and Silvia. Good luck Annmaree, with your big day coming up and to the girls making decisions I hope today's conversation was helpful xx
Lovely lunch with the Sydney girls last Sunday and great to welcome some new faces. It's so encouraging and heart warming to hear other's stories and experiences, and support each other.
L to R are Rosemary, Annmaree, Alison, Caroline, Stephanie and Susan.
Looking forward to the next one
Annmaree and I had a good catch up over lunch and we'll look forward to seeing you other lovely ladies at the next one on Sunday, 29th May.
This was the first Sydney social event and a lovely day to meet some new Sydney faces and connect with each other to give and gain support for all stages of reconstruction surgeries. Dragonfly Cafe at Nth Ryde was an excellent venue, but so much chatter left no time to browse.
